At Petverse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used items
- Opened hygiene-related products
- Custom or personalized items
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost
