Return & Refund Policy – Petverse

At Petverse, your satisfaction is everything to us. We want every order to 
bring joy to you and your pet  but if something isn't right, we promise 
to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be 
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. 
Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can guide you 
through the process smoothly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the 
status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your 
original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery at support@petverse.club. We will arrange a 
replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges. Simply reach out to us and we will 
take care of everything.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Hygiene-related products
- Custom or personalized items

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return 
is due to our error — in that case, we will cover the full cost of return 
shipping.

Third-Party Fulfillment

To bring you the best pet products at great prices, we work with trusted 
third-party suppliers who ship directly from their warehouses. This allows 
us to offer a wide range of quality products, though delivery times may 
vary. If you ever have a concern about your order, our team is here to
