minimum spend required. What you see is what you pay — no surprises

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business 
days after your order is placed.

Delivery Time

Because we partner with trusted international suppliers, delivery 
typically takes between 7 and 20 business days depending on your 
location. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by 
email so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, high demand 
periods, or unexpected carrier disruptions. If your order is taking 
longer than expected, please contact us — we will do our best to help.

charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the 
customer. Petverse is not responsible for any delays caused by customs 
processing.
